Refund policy

We're sure that you'll be happy with your purchase from Aurum Exclusive, but just in case you need to swap a size or style, here's what you'll need to do.
Aurum Exclusive offer a strict 14 day return policy, with just a few rules;

Item(s) must be unworn and unmarked (we thoroughly inspect every item(s) before they leave us and any returns will go through the same tests)

Item(s) must arrive in original packaging, as any damage to the box will be chargeable, (so please take care when packaging your return).

BEFORE you post the item(s) please email Returns@aurumexclusive.com for a returns authorisation number and return postal address, as any returns sent without this number displayed will be refused and the cost will not be accepted by Aurum Exclusive.

Please return your item(s) using a signed for or tracked service to guarantee the safe arrival of the parcel, this way nothing should go wrong!

If all the above requirements are met and you require a refund, please allow 7 days from the day the item(s) arrive at Aurum Exclusive HQ for us to process your refund.
